What will I do during this course?
You will visit universities in the UK from the Russell Group. Universities from the Russell Group are Britain's equivalent of Ivy League universities and are the best in the UK. Universities visited will be ones outside of London that students may not have the opportunity to visit otherwise. You will also have the opportunity to see something of the city itself, in order to help you decide whether it would be somewhere you would like to live for the three years of your university stay.
What will I learn during this course?
You will learn how to write a personal statement for your university application and how to make an informed decision about where you would like to go to university.
How will my learning be assessed during the course?
You will be expected to complete your personal statement and justify, in writing, your choice of the 5 universities in your application form.

Monday, February 25 | Geneva - Edinburgh | Tour of Edinburgh's underground city |
Tuesday, February 26 | Edinburgh University | Information session with the admissions department. Campus tour with the National Union of Students (N.U.S). |
Wednesday, February 27 | Edinburgh - Glasgow | Train to Glasgow. Tour of Glasgow. |
Thursday, February 28 | Glasgow University | Information session with the admissions department. Campus tour with the National Union of Students (N.U.S). |
Friday, February 29 | Glasgow - Leeds | Train to Leeds. Information session with the admissions department. Campus tour with the National Union of Students (N.U.S). |
Saturday, March 1 | Leeds - Manchester | Train to Manchester. Tour of city and Old Trafford. |
Sunday, March 2 | Manchester University | Information session with the admissions department. Campus tour with the National Union of Students (N.U.S). |
