Lisa Heneghan
VP, Human Resources
Lisa Heneghan serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Meritas. Prior to joining Meritas in early 2009, Lisa worked at Books Are Fun - a subsidiary of Reader's Digest, where she served for the last 3 years as the company's Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to that, she spent seven years with Aramark Healthcare Management, as the Human Resources leader for a start-up division within the company, as well as a Regional Human Resources Director. Prior to Aramark, Lisa worked at Abbott Laboratories and American National Can Company. She has over 15 years of human resources experience in both public and private companies. Her experience has included acquisition integration, change management, and process implementation.
Lisa is a certified Senior Human Resources Professional, has an MBA from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Iowa.
